Who's Fault?

Who's Fault?

This dialogue is happening deep inside a war-torn school classroom that was converted into a training camp run by a radical group who were fighting the ruling regime, which was a puppet in hands of the invaders. A trainer came with an AK47 Gun and started explaining how to load the gun and use it.

A 12-year boy stood and asked what is AK? The trainer explained a few words about the gun with his limited knowledge and ordered the boy to learn how to use the gun.

The boy insisted the trainer write a few words about the gun, the trainer said "I don't know how to read and write"

The boy asked the fellow trainees how many of you know how to read and write, hardly two or three raised their hands and the rest of them kept quiet.

The boy said "If we would have learnt how to read and write, our education would have been a tool to fight the government and prevent the invaders from exploiting us, but today we are not only learning how to kill, but we are also killing ourselves and our next generation.

The Trainer looked at the boy for a while and after a few seconds, the youngster behind the boy stood with a shock to hold the boy's body which was pierced with a few bullets and was wet with blood.

The trainer displayed a handheld pistol and said "This is a silencer which can be fitted with the gun to kill those enemies who are noisy without the noise of the gunshots

By the time he finished his statement, the young boy's soul departed and the rest of them started practising how to load their guns.

There is a choice between giving a pen and a gun, the choice determines the future of the Nation

The Modes of Persuasion The modes of persuasion, often referred to as ethical strategies or rhetorical appeals, are devices in rhetoric that classify the speaker's appeal to the audience. They are: ethos, pathos, logos, and the less-used Kairos & telos The above model has been used by Advertisement agencies to grab the attention of the viewers and finally bring them to the purchase desk or use the cart in shopping sites. If we carefully examine the model, it has a sound application in running an effective training program too.
