Mental growth refers to nurturing behavioral, skill, and knowledge development, highlighting the significance of mental well-being. Organizations must prioritize their employees' physical and mental wellness through various developmental activities.

Neglecting employee wellness, whether physical or mental, can lead to organizational struggles for survival, impeding the ability to thrive and adversely impacting the nation's productivity. The responsibility of cultivating good citizens doesn't solely rest with educational institutions; it extends to organizations and individuals as well.

Ultimately, the growth and well-being of people within an organization directly contribute to the growth and prosperity of the country.
