Corona first wave vs second wave-Part-2

Corona, in the first wave, our kids joined a school through online classes, but whereas in the second wave, they are annoyed to attend the online classes

Corona, In the first wave, we were enjoying snacks, whereas, in the second wave, we are worried to pay our monthly bills

Corona, In the first wave, we were discussing Netflix, whereas, in the second wave, we started discussing who is next on the list

Corona, in the first wave, you were choosey, whereas, in the second wave, you are going all out

Corona, in the first wave, we were confident to defeat you, whereas, in the second wave, we are confident you will defeat us

Corona, in the first wave, we called you a conspiracy, whereas, in the second wave, you have proved we are immature

Corona, in In the first wave, we saw you disappearing, whereas, in the second wave, we understood you went on a sabbatical

Corona, in the first wave, you were weak, whereas, in the second wave, you have proved we are careless

Corona, in the first wave, we thought we can prevent you by sanitising, whereas, in the second wave, you proved we also need to sanitise our minds too

A tiny virus has restricted us within four walls and taught us a great lesson that humans are never superior to nature

While listening, we may be trying to engage our logical brain to recall our memories and creativity for a response, or we may be accessing our emotional brain to defend ourselves against what is being said. For example, if one person talks about ways another could improve, the listener might offer excuses such as a lack of time, resources, or support. Alternatively, they may bring up personal emotions, like health or family issues. These reactions often occur while the other person is still speaking, leading to a decreased understanding and an increased eagerness to defend one’s position. During this type of conversation, the listener may appear restless, exhibiting a lack of eye contact or head nodding. In such interactions, th...
