Life Lessons from Boating

 Life Lessons from Boating

Life is like rowing a boat; we require the following two oars to row it:

We require hard work on one hand and goals on the other hand to progress.

We require Strategy on one hand and tactics, on the other hand, to stay ahead of the competition.

We require well-wishers on the one hand and critics on the other hand to correct ourselves.

We require firmness on one hand and flexibility, on the other hand, to stay balanced.

We require success on the one hand and failure on the other hand to appreciate the value of life.

We require friends on the one hand and haters on the other hand to appreciate the value of a relationship.

We require pleasant weather on the one hand and unpleasant weather on the other hand to appreciate the value of nature.

We require problems on the one hand and creativity on the other hand to assess our ability to face challenges.

We require motivation from within on one hand and inspiration from others, on the other hand, to stay passionate in life.

Life keeps moving; we need to keep rowing with the oars to stay focused and connected with our purpose.
