It is not the day that was bad; it is our attitude towards the day that was negative. We have a choice to perceive whether it was a bad day or a challenging day. Once our perception changes from bad to challenging, our attitude towards the day will change, helping us face it and learn from it.

Remember, we carry our attitude everywhere, whether negative or positive.
