What is Leadership?

Once the head of a country/organisation starts blaming, spreading hate and does not embrace diversity, the person loses the status of being a Leader. Leadership is acting, not blaming; leadership is about compassion, not hate; leadership is about accepting differences and not being biased. Leadership is about being a gentle and firm human being.
