1.  Do I have the same passion I had before starting the business?

2.  Am I connected with my purpose of starting the business?

3.  Do I generate new ideas every time to ensure my business is fresh and relevant?

4.  Do I regularly get customer feedback to understand their needs and concerns?

5.  Do I keep setting high standards to stay ahead of the competition?

6.  Do I bring a third person to evaluate my business?

7.  Do I treat my employees as internal customers?

8.  Do I understand what motivates my employees on a time-to-time basis?

 

Why should we ask the above questions?

 

1.  Passion helps to be enthusiastic, and purpose helps to stay focused.

2.  Ideas help to improve our business and reduce costs.

3.  Understanding needs and concerns helps us to be customer-centric.
