Ugadi Pachadi- A Philosophy of Sweetness from Bitterness
The
neem tree produces bitter leaves but has significant health benefits that can
act as preventive and curative medicine. The same tree produces beautiful
flowers, too; these flowers are used as a main ingredient for making Ugadi
Pachadi, reinforcing that we can also get a delicious dish from a bitter tree.
Similarly,
we all have a bitter version and a sweet version of ours; however, if we want
to see the sweeter version of others, we should show the sweeter version of
ours; life becomes harmonious when we start appreciating each other for our
sweetness and forgiving each other for our bitterness.
