Self-care
The
best care is self-care. The best person who can take care of you is yourself.
Self-care is the art of taking care of your mind and body.
You
alone can determine what should go into your thought process and what should go
into your stomach. The quality of thought and food determine your quality of
life.
When
others start taking care of you, that is a reaction in action, whereas when you
take care of yourself, that is proactive.
You
live in your mind and your body, so take care of yourself to care for others.
