Do you listen more?
When
you listen more, you make a conscious effort to understand the other person,
which reveals your maturity in relating to others.
In
contrast, when you speak more and listen less, it shows immaturity in building
relationships—you put yourself first and the other person second. Such
conversations can never become a gateway to genuine connection.
