Paradox of Plenty
There are touch phones everywhere, but only a few are truly in touch
with each other.
There are smart watches everywhere, but only a few are smart enough to
value others' time.
There are health tips everywhere, but only a few are healthy.
There are investment lessons everywhere, but only a few are free from
debt.
There are many online courses available free of cost, but only a few
pursue them seriously.
There are many articles on changing technologies, but only a few are
willing to learn and adapt.
There are many food recipes online, but only a few try them out; the
rest just order through food apps.
There are many safety lessons everywhere, but only a few follow them and
put them into practice.
There are many helpline services to beat stress, but only a few are
stress-free.
In this modern world, information is democratized. Anyone can gather it
conveniently from a mobile phone while sitting at home. Yet ignorance and
arrogance still prevail, putting people in distress.
It is better to use what we have
rather than wait for things to fall into place.
