The consultant showed four different sizes of tyres and asked, "can you fix these four tires to your car and commute?

The audience responded by saying "No"

The consultant showed four same-size tyres and asked can you fix these four tires to your car and commute?

The audience responded by saying "Yes"

The consultant wrote on the board, each tyre represents the following - Vision, Mission, Values and Goals. When all four are in sync, your business will never sink. Aligning the four helps you to work effectively daily without losing focus on the future.

The audience stood for a standing ovation and the consultant thanked the audience for their gesture.
