and Power
A hammer, when wielded by a skilled
carpenter, has the potential to be used for the creation of exquisite furniture
or the repair of existing pieces. Similarly, the influence and authority held
by a leader can be utilized to empower and develop subordinates, ultimately
fostering new leaders within the organization.
Conversely, when a hammer falls into
the hands of a violent individual, it can lead to catastrophe. Similarly, if
power is misused by a boss, it can potentially have a detrimental impact on the
entire organization.
