Align Daily Actions to Targets
Sales is a game
that cannot be played without targets, and no targets can be achieved without
effective plans. At the start of each day, we should list the activities we
plan to undertake and check whether these activities align with our targets.
Sometimes, these activities may include crises or complaints that must be
addressed; we should prioritise such tasks while ensuring that our day is still
focused on achieving our targets. We must never lose sight of our goals, representing
our destination.
It is fortunate to
work in sales because we can set daily goals aligned with our targets.
Achieving these daily goals brings a sense of accomplishment and fosters a
positive mindset, helping us to wake up with a purpose each day.
