For some I am everything
For some I am nothing


Some people stay in a company because of me
Some people quit because of me


For some people I am a nutrition
For some people I am a poison


Those who use me rise
Those who don't use me perish


Some people see me as criticism
Some people see me as a learning


I am a skill when given
I am an Attitude when taken


If  I am taken seriously I can build an organization
If  I am not taken seriously organization die it's own death


I am a part of performance review
I am a part of  a performance appraisal


Everyone of you have come across me
Trainers face me after every program


You would have guessed who I am?


I am Feedback
The champion's diet


I am instrumental for your growth and others growth

  Being Jaby is being a fine human being.   L&D Global Chennai Chapter was instrumental in bringing Jaby closer to my heart, our journey was not too long, but it was filled with fun, humour, joy and learning too. When Jaby was present, dullness was absent. He filled the hall with his sense of humour, and his thoughts were deep-rooted in bringing the best out of every human. Jaby was the most admired person in any forum; when Jaby picked the mic, the audience pulled themselves to the edge of the chair.
