·         When you were low, evaluate whether your pessimism spoke or your optimism spoke


·         When you were unhappy with a person, evaluate  whether your apathy spoke or your empathy spoke


·         When you failed, evaluate whether your blame spoke or your learning spoke

·         When  you were in conflict, evaluate whether your aggressiveness spoke or your assertiveness spoke
  
·         When you were late, evaluate whether your excuse spoke or your apology spoke

·         When you were restless, evaluate whether your tension spoke or your patience  spoke

 ·        When you were confused, evaluate whether your panic spoke or your clarity spoke



Remember you are the owner of your emotions, you can determine who should speak
