Indian woman- A Natural Manager-Part-1

We all know that there are many functions in the field of management & each function requires a set of skills& knowledge.  Let us see how our Indian woman plays all these functions in her day to day life.

Production Manager: will be involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. You'll make sure goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.

Indian Woman as a Production Manager 
Kitchen is wonderful place where one of our basic need is fulfilled irrespective of rainy or a sunny day. Indian woman by & large has developed such a wonderful quality. Kitchen is place where Indian woman displays many qualities like planning, researching, operational excellence etc.

We can see her gracefully playing an excellent production Manager’s role.  She works three shifts a day and sometimes runs an ad hoc production too when she has an unexpected guest.

It is the love that adds flavour to the food-Indian woman is a symbol of love
