development (R&D) manager perform a number of highly
important roles within an organization. They are responsible for research,
planning, and implementing new programs and protocols into their company or
organization and overseeing the development of new products
Indian Woman as a R&D Manager
Once she finishes her
routines, she looks for what needs to be improved in the house and keeps coming
up with creative ideas to either improve the décor of the house or try a new food item.
One of the prominent
places where she tries her R&D is in the
kitchen to break the monotony of cooking and to serve something
different to her family members
