When
was the last time you got promoted?
An employee in a factory was attending a training program on Aspire to Grow, the trainer was facilitating the need to aspire to grow. The employee took it as yet another motivation program and enjoyed few activities during the day.
After few months the same employee was educating his child on a need to get promoted and to score high grades in the exams.
After listening to the long lecture, the child asked "when was the last time you got promoted and what grades did you get in your workplace?"
Father was silent for a while and his child went to sleep.
In life kids teach more lessons than adults
