If you want to avoid Psychological Problems, stay Positive
If you Want to avoid Orthopaedic problems, ensure there is prescribed Calcium in your diet
If you want to avoid Kidney Problems, ensure there is prescribed intake of water
If you want to avoid Dental Problems, ensure you practice Good oral hygiene
If you want to avoid skin problems, ensure there is a prescribed intake of Fruits & Vegetables
If you want to avoid Cardio Problems, keep doing Physical Exercise
If you want to avoid Digestive Problems, follow a prescribed and a timely diet
If you want to avoid Neurology problems, ensure you follow the prescribed sleep patterns
If you want to avoid Hospitalisation, ensure you visit health check -up centres in regular intervals
Stay healthy so that you don’t have visitors coming up with get well soon card and share this to your dear and ones so that you too don’t go with a get well soon card

  Listen, Understand and Respond Most of the time, people listen to respond rather than to understand. By the time the other person finishes speaking, the listener is often already formulating a response. Let’s explore what happens in such situations. While listening, we may be trying to engage our logical brain to recall our memories and creativity for a response, or we may be accessing our emotional brain to defend ourselves against what is being said. For example, if one person talks about ways another could improve, the listener might offer excuses such as a lack of time, resources, or support. Alternatively, they may bring up personal emotions, like health or family issues. These reactions often occur while the other person is still speaking, leading to a decreased understanding and an increased eagerness to defend one’s position.
