Indiscipline- Is it the order of the day?
Indiscipline has become pervasive in our society. Instances
have risen from the streets to the airport. This lack of discipline is all too
common, whether it involves littering on the streets, disregarding traffic
signals, or displaying improper behaviour in public spaces.
While democracy grants us the freedom to express
ourselves, it should not be abused. Unfortunately, what we are witnessing today
is a widespread lack of discipline. As our society advances and literacy rates
improve, one would hope to see an increase in respect and order.
However, it appears that we are regressing
instead. We must address this issue and strive to uphold discipline daily.
