Channelling your Anger
Constructively channelling your anger is more
effective than simply trying to suppress it. While controlling your anger may
temporarily calm the situation, it doesn't address the underlying issues.
However, by channeling your anger into
positive actions or finding healthy outlets for your emotions, you can create
long-term solutions and prevent the same situations from triggering your anger
in the future.
