A Leader is like a fruit that sows the
seeds of Leadership.
A tree doesn’t
consume its fruits; instead, it nourishes the seeds within those fruits. When
animals or humans eat the fruit, they may discard or excrete the seeds in
different locations, where, if conditions are right, those seeds can take root
and grow into new trees.
Similarly, a leader
can be seen as a fruit in a vast ecosystem of growth and potential. The
thoughts and ideas of a leader act like seeds, fostering innovation and
inspiring others. When these ideas are shared and nurtured, they can take root
in the minds of team members and followers, leading to the emergence of new
leaders. This growth cycle not only strengthens the organisation but also
creates a legacy of leadership that continues to expand, much like a
flourishing forest filled with diverse trees, each contributing to the overall
health and vitality of the environment.
