The Crow and the Eagle
Imagine being a
crow, a bird known for its intelligence and ability to work together in a team.
Like a crow, we should understand the power of collaboration and teamwork when
working with others. Similarly, envision being an eagle, a majestic bird that
soars high in the sky. Like the eagle, we should recognize the value of aiming
high and demonstrating exceptional leadership when management looks to us for
guidance.
Embracing the
qualities of a crow enables us to effectively manage and cooperate within a
team while channelling the attributes of an eagle, which allows us to elevate
the team to greater heights and accomplishments.
