Misery
is not a Mystery.
When life becomes challenging, the mind
often seeks external forces to blame for our misery. This tendency stems from
our desire to convince ourselves that we are not responsible for our suffering,
attributing it to circumstances beyond our control. While there are times when
this perspective is accurate, if we take an unbiased approach and carefully analyse
our situation, we may find that some factors are within our control.
Upon closer examination, we can
identify issues such as ignorance, ego, blind trust, and poor decision-making
that have influenced our lives. When we experience success, we take pride in
our achievements and celebrate. However, when we face failure, we focus on
finding reasons for it. Unless we view success as a journey and failure as an
opportunity to learn, we will remain stagnant in our progress.
Life is always a teacher, and we are
the students who should eagerly welcome new subjects, chapters, and challenges.
