Uneasiness to Easiness
Sometimes life feels uneasy, not because
of the challenges it throws at us, but because we avoid them. The more we evade
them, the less we train ourselves to face them. And so, every new situation leaves
us feeling unsettled.
No warrior or top athlete is trained
on easy ground. Uneasiness has always been their companion. Their minds and
bodies are developed specifically to face discomfort—and that's exactly why
they shine when the pressure is on.
