Overcoming self-serving biases

When our decisions succeed, we often feel that our intervention or decision was right. Conversely, if the decision goes wrong, we tend to blame others. This tendency is known as self-attribution bias, where we attribute our successes to ourselves and our failures to external factors.

However, we should avoid pointing fingers at individuals for failure and instead acknowledge that we have failed as a team.
