Ownership
The concept of ownership legally refers
to having rights over a property. For entrepreneurs, it involves expecting
their employees to take ownership of their roles and deliver their best work.
However, ownership has a broader meaning. It also involves owning
ourselves—taking responsibility for our lives and identifying what is best for
our well-being, then acting accordingly.
When things go wrong, we often blame
others. However, examining the situation closely, we realise we are usually the
most affected. For instance, we sometimes eat more when someone encourages us
to, and afterward, we may feel uncomfortable. We might say that we are
suffering because we were forced to eat. If we truly value our health, we will
take ownership by politely declining and prioritizing our well-being.
There are many occasions in life where
we should take ownership of our actions and choices to achieve peace and
harmony
If
we value ourselves, we will own ourselves
