Less than a minute Lesson-2859 Being Neutral

Less than a minute Lesson-2859 Being Neutral It is better to remain neutral than to be hostile when we do not know the whole story. Hostility breeds hatred, and hatred breeds enmity. M.L. Narendra Kumar Instivate Learning Solutions PVT LTD Director

Psychological Well Being

Psychological Well Being In today's fast-paced world, many people are tirelessly working to secure their future, but in the process, they often overlook their present. While everyone has their reasons, a common factor behind this behaviour is ignorance—specifically, ignorance of psychological well-being. So, what is psychological well-being? It is a multidimensional state of positive functioning that encompasses experiencing positive emotions, having supportive social relationships, effectively managing one's life and environment (mastery), enjoying autonomy, and feeling a sense of purpose and personal growth. Once we grasp the concept of psychological well-being, we can distinguish between developing our character to build a future and sacrificing our health out of fear in the process. When we labour for the future out of fear, we are unlikely to find happiness in the present. If we fail to enjoy the present, our mental and physical well-being becomes uncertain. Psyc...

Less than a minute Lesson-2858 Self-Reflection

Less than a minute Lesson-2858 Self-Reflection When you begin to question yourself and recognize your actions, as well as identify their negative impact, you are already in the process of change. The more you engage in this self-reflection, the more you can correct your behavior.   M.L. Narendra Kumar Instivate Learning Solutions PVT LTD Director

Stay Inspired

Stay Inspired The more we engage with the world around us, the more inspiration we gain. The outside world serves as a vast university, offering a limitless array of courses that range from basic education to advanced studies. All we need to do is go out, speak to people, and observe our surroundings—whether it's the fluttering of a butterfly, the slow movement of a snail, or the tireless efforts of an ant. Each of these creatures teaches us valuable lessons. Let’s avoid becoming couch potatoes, binge-watching web series, listening to nonsensical political debates, or getting caught up in reality shows that focus on manufactured drama. Instead, we should embrace the outdoors: allow the rising sun to work its magic on you, let the raindrops refresh you, and let the moon inspire the poet within you. Remember, we are part of nature, and our very essence is to stay inspired in life. When we stay inspired, we also inspire others. M.L. Narendra Kumar         ...

There are enemies

There are enemies There are enemies There are enemies for every one of us   These enemies These enemies are not outside These are inside us   The enemies outside The enemies outside can be managed by setting aside   The enemies inside The enemies inside Needs to be fought from our side   The enemies inside The enemies inside can be in many forms     The enemies inside The enemies inside Will not abide   The enemies inside The enemies inside We should never allow ourselves to be beside   The enemies inside The enemies inside can be our habits which divide   The enemies inside The enemies inside will subside   The enemies inside The enemies inside can be won once we realise our own habits are our enemies   Let us wage a war against the enemies inside Who prevents us from growing   When the enemies inside When the enemies inside ...

Less than a minute Lesson-2857 Maintain your individuality

Less than a minute Lesson-2857 Maintain your individuality The more you worry about society, the less you will think about yourself. You will lose your individuality and start focusing on conforming to social needs, which is a form of slavery.  Be a part of society, but never lose your individuality for the sake of society. M.L. Less than a minute Lesson-2856 Future not at the cost of the Present

Less than a minute Lesson-2856 Future not at the cost of the Present The more you start predicting the future, the less you will live and enjoy the present. There is nothing wrong with being futuristic, but it should not come at the cost of losing sight of the present. M.L. Narendra Kumar Instivate Learning Solutions PVT LTD Director

Flush the Desire

Flush the Desire Peace and harmony will remain just words in the dictionary if we continue to desire more, particularly the desire to possess things that do not add any real value to our lives. We waste our money and energy acquiring such possessions, which often leads to unwanted debt. In turn, we become trapped in the cycle of trying to overcome this debt in the hopes of finding peace and harmony. If we genuinely want to experience peace and harmony, we need to eliminate desires for things that do not hold significance for us—items that merely serve as symbols of status. Unless we can keep our desires in check, peace and harmony will remain out of reach, and medications and treatments may become a regular part of our lives. Before we define our needs, let's work on removing the desires that become antagonistic to our well-being. M.L. Narendra Kumar

It’s your Life

It’s your Life It's your life. It's your life. You need to define— Define the way you want to live. Your life can be art. You can be the artist of your life and define the form of art you want to paint. Your life can be a game. You can be the player of your life, and define the rules within which you want to play. Your life can be an adventure. You can be the adventurer of your life and define the type of adventure you want to experience. Your life can be yours. And you alone can define the way you want to lead it, and keep leading. Others can be a part of your life, but they are not your life. Draw the line, and let them lead their own lives. Your life is yours. Don't allow others to judge your life. You alone know what your life is. Define it. Refine it. And lead it. It is your life, and you alone can own it. It's your life— A life worth living for yourself. M.L.Narendra Kumar

Forgiveness

Forgiveness Is forgiving easy? Should we continue to live with hate, revenge, and anger? Ultimately, the choice to forgive lies with the person who has been wronged. When we closely examine the word "forgive," we see that it is composed of two parts: "for" and "give." The "give" in "forgive" represents a gift we can offer ourselves—a priceless gift of peace. The "for" signifies that this act is for our benefit. When we forgive, we are not merely doing a favour for others; we are giving ourselves the gift of peace, allowing us to let go of thoughts about the person who wronged us. To find peace within yourself, start by forgiving those who have hurt you. Let’s remember that we should not waste our lives on people who do not contribute positively to our well-being. However, without forgiving and forgetting them, we cannot truly live in harmony. Therefore, forgiving others is a crucial step in healing ourselves. M.L. Na...

Championship to Enjoyment

Championship to Enjoyment Sometimes, playing a game can become stressful when the focus is on winning championships and trophies. This high level of competition can lead to a sense of aggression and the perception of opponents as enemies. However, if the game is approached with the spirit of enjoyment and sportsmanship, it can be much more fulfilling. Regardless of the outcome—whether there is a winner or a draw—the lessons learned, and the entertainment provided to the audience are significant. We should also consider our jobs in a similar light. Instead of simply viewing our work as a means to achieve KPIs, we should strive to enjoy every moment. Life extends beyond our professional accomplishments, and there is value in learning from each experience. Let’s focus on enjoying the journey, where winning and losing become secondary. M.L. Narendra Kumar

Respect the Giver

Respect the Giver A fruit that falls from the tree can never return; it lies on the ground. Those who appreciate the fruit may pick it up and eat it, while others might ignore it, leaving it to be run over by a vehicle or to dry out on the road. Although the tree knows the fate of the fruit, it never stops yielding new fruit with each season. The tree stands tall and continues its work until it can no longer do so, serving humanity as long as it is strong. Similarly, some people offer advice, suggestions, and ideas to those around them. Some accept their input, some find it boring, and others may even mock them. Yet, those who choose to share their wisdom do not stop, as long as they are able and healthy. We should respect those who give without expecting anything in return, just as a tree gives without expecting anything in return. They are rare and bring fresh air with their thoughts, offering ideas that can enrich our lives. Next time you encounter someone who gives fr...

Less than a minute Lesson-2855 Belittle

Less than a minute Lesson-2855 Belittle It is better to stay away from people who belittle you to make themselves feel superior. These individuals are unlikely to improve themselves or appreciate others; they are situational beings who live for the moment at the expense of others. By distancing ourselves from them, we can shield ourselves from unnecessary stress. M.L. Narendra Kumar Director

Less than a minute Lesson-2854 Shortcut

Less than a minute Lesson-2854 Shortcut Finding ethical and legal shortcuts to improve work efficiency is acceptable, but shortcuts in life are not. Initially, these shortcuts may seem rewarding, but over time, the pain they cause can become unbearable.  It is better to avoid such shortcuts, even if it means experiencing some discomfort now, to prevent sleepless nights in the future. M.L. Narendra Kumar Director

What is holding you?

What is holding you? It is not always external factors that hold us back from reaching our goals; often, it is our internal struggles that prevent us from progressing. Until we identify what is restricting us, understand the impact of these limitations, and make a firm decision to overcome them, we will remain stagnant. No growth occurs in a static state; the very essence of growth implies movement. Unless we actively work towards our goals, growth will remain uncertain. Ask yourself what you desire to achieve and what has been preventing you from doing so. In these situations, remember that you are both the patient and the doctor. You need to diagnose the problem, prescribe a solution, and find a cure for yourself. M.L.Narendra Kumar

Where are you, my Love   Where are you, my Love Where are you, my Love I am no one without you I am no one without you   Where are you, my Love Where are you, my Love My Life is empty without you My Life is empty without you   Where are you, my Love Where are you, my Love My Eyes are blind without seeing you My Eyes are blind without seeing you   Where are you, my Love Where are you, my Love My ears are deaf without listening to you My ears are deaf without listening to you   Where are you, my Love Where are you, my Love My mouth is voiceless without speaking to you My mouth is voiceless without speaking to you   Where are you, my Love Where are you, my Love My mobile is useless without chatting with you My mobile is useless without chatting with you   Where are you, my Love Where are you, my Love My hands are like deadwood without holding your hands My hands are like deadwood...

Less than a minute Lesson-2853 Lipstick Vs Smile

Less than a minute Lesson-2853 Lipstick Vs Smile Lipstick can enhance the appearance of your lips, but a natural smile truly elevates your looks. While it’s perfectly fine to carry a handbag without lipstick, it’s essential to remember that lips without a smile lack that special charm.  A smile is a zero-cost cosmetic that has no side effects. Less than a minute Lesson-2852 Missing

Less than a minute Lesson-2852 Missing Those who regret what they have missed seldom realize what they are missing in the present.  Regret never brings back what we have missed, but realization helps us understand that we can stop missing something in the present. Wherever I go

Wherever I go Wherever I go,  Wherever I go,  I feel she is there in whatever I see.    Wherever I go,  Wherever I go,  I feel she is there in whatever I see.    On a full moon day,  On a full moon day,  I see her glowing face on the moon in the sky,  which shines brighter than the shining moon.    On a dark night,  On a dark night,  I see her twinkling eyes among the stars in the sky,  which twinkle more than the twinkling stars.    On a breezy day,  On a breezy day,  I feel her gentle movement,  which is breezier than the breeze outside.    On a windy night,  On a windy night,  I hear her laughter,  which is brighter than the wind outside.    Wherever I go,  Wherever I go,  I feel she is there in whatever I see.    In the garden,  In the garden,...
