Championship to Enjoyment
Sometimes, playing a
game can become stressful when the focus is on winning championships and
trophies. This high level of competition can lead to a sense of aggression and
the perception of opponents as enemies. However, if the game is approached with
the spirit of enjoyment and sportsmanship, it can be much more fulfilling.
Regardless of the
outcome—whether there is a winner or a draw—the lessons learned, and the
entertainment provided to the audience are significant. We should also consider
our jobs in a similar light. Instead of simply viewing our work as a means to
achieve KPIs, we should strive to enjoy every moment. Life extends beyond our
professional accomplishments, and there is value in learning from each
experience.
Let’s focus on
enjoying the journey, where winning and losing become secondary.
