Our character is our strength.
When people start
avoiding us, there can be several reasons behind it. Generally, there are three
leading causes for this behaviour. First, there may be a third person who has
spoken negatively about us. Second, a negative perception could have developed
in the minds of those avoiding us. Additionally, we may have displayed ego or
failed in our integrity.
Among these three
factors, the third aspect can be corrected once we acknowledge our ego or
integrity failures. The first two reasons seem more challenging to address,
but with a genuine desire to be accepted and respected, we can often resolve
these issues through open discussions with the other person.
People may perceive
us as lacking in competency, but they should never feel that our character is
flawed. A negative view of our character can have a much more detrimental
impact on our reputation in society, potentially leading to many closed doors
in our lives.
Let us consciously
focus on building our character, which holds much more weight than our
competency or wealth.
