Creativity is a Competency

In a business, creativity is a competency that is required to be innovative and, empathy is the quality that also develops creativity. Empathy comes from understanding others, do remember that a product in your hand or the service you experienced is not only an output of creativity; it is an output of empathy too.

Creativity is a combination of all these fields

·        Creativity is an Art if you keep practising it regularly

·        Creativity is a Science if you keep understanding how to use the potential of your brain

·        Creativity is a profession if you follow an ethical code of conduct

·        Creativity is psychology if you understand others’ problems and needs

Creativity is not an inborn quality; it is a quality that should be nurtured daily.
