Self-Assessment
and Self-Realization
Self-assessment is a
process where the friend in you and the enemy in you is, given an opportunity,
to meet you in your mind. This process will strengthen the friendship and
reduce the enmity within. It is better
to assess within than to be evaluated by an outside force.
Remember, listening to
suggestions without self-realization is allowing people to feed you food when
you are not hungry.
