Farming-Feeds and Teaches

Farming-Feeds and Teaches

We all come across many people who play a vital role in our life, some of them become an integral part of our life and their contribution can never be forgotten in our life. Let us go on a journey to understand how people add value to our life

During your early days, somebody would have sown an idea and that idea would have either been dormant.

A dormant idea would have been rekindled by another person, who would have cleared the weeds in our mind, which would have grown into a tree.

The tree would stand tall, but it would not be bearing fruits, during this phase another person would have helped you nurture the tree, and you would have seen some fruits growing in the tree.

After few seasons, the tree would have lost its capacity and yet another person would have given you thought on how to further nurture the tree and remove the unwanted pests which prey on the tree, this would have helped you to increase your yield year after year.

At one point in time, somebody would have told you to increase the number of trees by following good farm practices and the same would have grown into a huge farm that not only feeds it also feeds your generations to come.

There are people who come as farmers in our life to convert life into a fruit-bearing farm do pay attention to those people who sometimes come with seeds, manure, sickle, knife etc, the process of farming can be painful or a boring, but remember life cannot be built with sugar-coated words, it also requires hard truths to learn and grow

Respect the farmer who feeds and the people who selflessly give you feedback

The Modes of Persuasion The modes of persuasion, often referred to as ethical strategies or rhetorical appeals, are devices in rhetoric that classify the speaker's appeal to the audience. They are: ethos, pathos, logos, and the less-used Kairos & telos The above model has been used by Advertisement agencies to grab the attention of the viewers and finally bring them to the purchase desk or use the cart in shopping sites. If we carefully examine the model, it has a sound application in running an effective training program too.
