Why strategic excellence is a question mark?

Strategic Excellence cannot be achieved when an entrepreneur is deeply involved in the day-to-day operational tasks of the business. There are several reasons why entrepreneurs may find themselves caught up in operations. It could be due to a lack of a competent team, a fear of making mistakes, concerns about delays in delivering products or services, a tendency to micromanage, or simply an overwhelming desire to feel satisfied by focusing on daily operations. However, this level of involvement can become a barrier to taking the organization to the next level and breaking free of the status quo.

As an entrepreneur, you should set aside time regularly to contemplate, discuss, and document long-term goals to become more strategic. This approach can help you better understand the future and steer the organization in that direction.

As an entrepreneur, reflecting on what draws you toward day-to-day operations and prevents you from being more strategic is essential. Once you clearly understand these factors, you can realign yourself to a more strategic position.

As Sun Tzu wisely said: "Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat."
