Change
in the past and change in the present.
People often resist change, not
necessarily because they fear the unknown but because they are reluctant
to relinquish what they already know and are comfortable with. The experiences
and routines we deem familiar today were once unfamiliar and uncertain. In the
past, a strong motivation or compelling reason often prompted us to embrace new
ideas, behaviors, or environments that ultimately led to our growth.
To overcome resistance to change,
individuals must recognize and understand the compelling reasons that make
change worthwhile. This realisation can inspire them to move beyond their
comfort zones, opening up new possibilities and opportunities for personal and
professional development.
By acknowledging that change can lead
to beneficial outcomes, individuals may find the courage to let go of the past
and embrace a brighter future.
