While it may be unrealistic to expect ourselves always to maintain a positive outlook, we can consciously minimise negative thinking. We can cultivate resilience by practising gratitude, surrounding ourselves with supportive individuals, and focusing on constructive solutions. This approach helps us deal with difficult situations and prevents us from becoming overwhelmed or bogged down by adversity. Ultimately, fostering positivity allows us to approach life’s challenges with a clearer mind and a more hopeful heart.
