When I am next to you, I wish the days were shorter and the nights were longer.

When I am next to you, I wish the city were silent so I could become a poet.

When I am next to you, I wish the winds were gentle, allowing me to enjoy your hair as it softly covers your face.

When I am next to you, I wish we were just the two.

When I am next to you, I wish sleep would stay far away from us.

When I am next to you, I wish I didn't want to think about anything other than you.

When I am next to you, I wish I didn't want to talk about anything other than you.

When I am next to you, I wish I were just for you.
