 2. Apathetic 

 3. Insensitive



 Now, all you need to ask yourself 



 1. Should you seek the person to apologise

 2. Should you seek the person step down

 3. Should you stop working under such a person. 



Think twice before you decide to work under such a person. A great leader is known for appreciating the efforts, suggesting inputs and recognising the ideas. 



Either to allow such a person to mislead you or reject the person is your choice.



Before you accept a person as a Leader, understand that appreciation and Empathy are leader’s way of life.

  Being Jaby is being a fine human being.   L&D Global Chennai Chapter was instrumental in bringing Jaby closer to my heart, our journey was not too long, but it was filled with fun, humour, joy and learning too.
