Boss sees performing subordinates as a threat, whereas Leader sees performing subordinates as an opportunity 

Boss sees Training as an expense, whereas Leader sees Training as an investment 

Boss sees subordinates' reasons as excuses whereas Leader sees subordinates' reasons as analysis 

Boss sees failure as a reason to fire a person Leader sees failure as a reason to understand the person

Boss sees subordinates as liabilities Leader sees subordinate as an Asset

Let the boss in you take the back seat so that Leader in you drives goodness in you
