Penning down your Thoughts
In 2005, the National Science Foundation published an article regarding research about human thoughts per day. The average person has about 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day. Of those, 80% are negative and 95% are exactly the same repetitive thoughts.
These studies reveal that the quality of our existence rests on the quality of our internal and external communication. In order to improve our quality of life:
·         Let’s pen down our thoughts, we can analyze the quality of our thought
·         Let’s pen down our thought, we can improve the quality of our thought
·         Let’s pen down our thought, we can add more thoughts
·         Let’s pen down our thought, we can understand what governs our life
·         Let’s pen down our thoughts, we can store our ideas for future use
·         Let’s pen down our thoughts, we can rework on thought process
·         Let’s pen down our thoughts, so that we can compile it into a book
·         Let’s pen down our thoughts, we can relieve our mind
·         Let’s pen down our thoughts, so that we can inspire others with our words
By penning down we are letting go our negative thoughts and preserving our positive thoughts
