Single Edition


A motivational speaker was addressing a group of young graduates in a metro city, who were getting ready for taking up their career in the corporate world. He asked "In future, how many of you would like to buy limited edition products like cars and wrist watches" he saw few hands and asked "why do you want to buy it?" 

A young student stood up and said it gives me pride in possessing it and it is also a symbol of status 

The speaker appreciated him and asked the next question "How many of you, would like to buy a single Edition product?"

He saw very few hands raising up and asked "why are the numbers less? 

There was a silence in the hall and a young girl stood up and said "we can't afford it" The speaker acknowledged and said "it is too early to judge your affordability" by the time he completed his statement, he saw a person who stood up and said "It is not worth spending on such luxury" the speaker smiled and said "that's the choice you and me have" 

The speaker went near the board and asked "can you name some single Editions" The students started listing the following, which was captured on the board:

·         Cars 
·         Bikes 
·         Watches
·         Jewellery etc. 

The speaker wrote the word You and said my dear students, remember you are a single Edition by yourself, until you realize and reinforce that, you will never explore what is special about you. 

There are millions of people who are ignorant about the fact that they are single Editions and start working towards building others dream and are paid the rate of a mass product. Once you realize the fact you are a single Edition, you might add more value to what you do and hence you will be paid the rate of single Edition. 

Do remember, those who valued themselves more are those who own those companies which produces limited editions or single Editions.

Allow the single Edition in you to build the future, so that you can either own a company that sells single Editions or own the single edition products. 

Those who realize their uniqueness can also help others realize their uniqueness
