Hard, but Everlasting Lessons ​ A Monk and a Disciple were walking on a country side, a stranger coming in the opposite side said "The road forward is damaged" and advised them to take the other road. Trainers Words are like Seeds Trainers words are like seeds those participants who are able to realize it will carry it safely, nurture it and slowly see a tree growing in front of their eyes & reap the fruits in future.  The tree is nothing but their learning and fruits are the benefits of applying the learning. There might be   some of them who don't realize the words as seeds,   let us not allow those participants from giving us the seeds to others, definitely there is one tree growing in someone's backyard from every program we have   delivered and let's keep doing it till we have the energy and the will, so that we can take a rest under any of these trees in the future.
