The only selfless soul- Teacher

They spoke, so that we can be Listened in the future

They stood near the black board, so that we can come out with flying colours

They inhaled the chalk dust, so that our brains don't rust

They were strict, so that we were disciplined

They were back of us, so that we can stand in the front in the future

They pushed us hard, so that we don't fall in the future

They made us stand outside, so that we can introspect inside

They made us stand on the bench, so that we connect to the ground reality

They were curious about our marks, so that nobody passes a negative remark

Remember, there is no Doctor, no Lawyer, no Engineer, without a Teacher, next to our parents if there is someone who had a concern about our future was, our Teacher

If there is somebody who is proud about our progress is our Teacher.

The only soul "Who can tell, I am happy to see my student writing judgements, launching satellites, saving life's, owning companies but still remain as a humble person with a chalk in the hand is a Teacher

Happy to write this, with few drops of tears in my eyes thanking all those selfless souls who made me think, speak, read and write.

Listen, Understand and Respond

Listen, Understand and Respond Most of the time, people listen to respond rather than to understand. By the time the other person finishes speaking, the listener is often already formulating a response. Let’s explore what happens in such situations. While listening, we may be trying to engage our logical brain to recall our memories and creativity for a response, or we may be accessing our emotional brain to defend ourselves against what is being said. For example, if one person talks about ways another could improve, the listener might offer excuses such as a lack of time, resources, or support. Alternatively, they may bring up personal emotions, like health or family issues. These reactions often occur while the other person is still speaking, leading to a decreased understanding and an increased eagerness to defend one’s position. During this type of conversation, the listener may appear restless, exhibiting a lack of eye contact or head nodding. In such interactions, th...
