Tender Communication

On the way to my training program in Chennai I noticed a tender coconut vendor who had displayed a pricing board for tender coconut, I was inquest to now the reason for pricing and I decided to strike a conversation, in the process I got the following reasons for displaying the pricing 

1.   People will stop bargaining.
2.   I will be perceived as transparent seller.
3.   It will help in communicating to customers who don’t understand the regional language.
4.   It is one way of proving professionalism 


Such kind of tender communication is a silent persuasion tool which changes the customers perception and reduces the chances of bargaining 


A simple pricing board was a tender communication from a tender coconut seller. Look around there are many valuable management lessons around us. Strike a conversation become a customer. Remember, We are not paying for the tender coconut we are paying for the wonderful management lesson.
