lost your identity card, but not your identity
I was waiting for the security to give me the pass in the security point in an office complex, during that time I witnessed a conversation between the security and an women employee, which I feel is worth to be shared.
The women employee was in panic and hands were shivering. The security person observed her and asked her what happened with a tense in her face and low voice " She said, I lost my identity card"
The security person immediately said " Don't worry madam, you can sign this register and talk to your HR, they will take care"
The security person also made a statement " You lost your identity card, but not your identity"
I was surprised with the statement he made and smiled at him by stating "that was inspiring"
I had the following insights from what he said
Let's not worry about what we lost, let's act on how to gain what we lost
