Commitment Towards Learning
A Trainer asked a senior Trainer
"Some participants are not taking the training seriously, how can I help
them to take it seriously?
The senior Trainer said the following
What is serious to you, need not be
serious to them
Don't help people who have not asked
for help.
Remember, we can give the seed, it is
up to the Gardner to nurture and grow it to reap the benefits.
Last but not the least, focus on
those Gardeners who are ready to receive the seed
If the
Learner is committed, Learning is assured
