Journey and Breaks
Every long journey
requires periodic breaks. We need to refuel, check our tyre pressure, quench
our thirst, nourish our bodies, and get some rest. Failing to do so risks a
breakdown and pushes us into utter fatigue.
While we may not know
how long our life's journey will be, the same principle applies. We must fuel
ourselves with motivation, ensure our ego isn't overinflated, quench our thirst
for knowledge, nourish our minds with healthy thoughts, and pause to rest and
reflect on the path we are taking.
A long journey
becomes smooth when we take these necessary pauses. Similarly, our life's
journey becomes more interesting and rewarding when we consciously motivate
ourselves, manage our ego, expand our knowledge, and regularly assess our
direction.
So, let the travel
continue—wisely and replenished.
