Some are Leaders not because of their Awards, it is because they can inspire others to Achieve

Some are Leaders not because they have a designation, it is because they can guide others towards their desired Destination

Some are Leaders not because they have earned a fortune, it is because they can Envision

Some are Leaders not because they are born as Leaders, it is because of their ability to Relate

It is choice to be a Leader, some choose it and some wait to be chosen
