Who is a Leader?

Who is a Leader?

Those who stands for their rights and other rights are Leaders

When none rises their hand to take initiative, among them one who rises his/her hand is a Leader

Where there are enough of people to blame, but the one comes forward to set things right is a Leader

Where there are many to find fault, but there is one who takes a minute to correct the fault is a Leader

For many When Crisis & Problems increases their motivation to stay decreases, but if there is one who stands to face it is a Leader

When the rest gives up, the one who takes up is a Leader

When Failure is feared by Many, the one who stands on failure to build an empire is a Leader

When the next generation is blamed by many, the one who nurtures them and proves their potential is a Leader

When many waits for things to happen, among them one who makes it happen is a Leader

Leadership is

Standing with the people

Standing for the people

Standing ahead of people

Standing behind the people

When the rest of them are waiting, those who take actions will make a difference and that difference is defined as Leadership
